Experience includes Act 111 interest and grievance arbitration cases, PA Labor Relations Board, and various courts of the PA State and Federal Judiciary, and litigating claims for benefits before state agencies. He has served two terms as Chair of the PA Bar Assoc. Labor and Employment Law Section and is currently a member of the Section's Executive Council.
